Location: South of Rangely/W to NW of Meeker

INFO: A rare supercell formed in NE Utah, traveling into NW Colorado with rotation and ended up with a few tornado warnings.

It is unknown if there were any tornadoes/funnel clouds. Any possible info would be greatly appreciated.
